The practitioners at The Rebalance Clinic endeavour to give the best advice and treatment currently available, and conduct ourselves in a collaborative, inclusive, respectful way, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and communication.

If you feel that we have not acted in this manner, or have any queries or questions about the treatment or advice you have received, in the first instance we would encourage you to discuss this with your practitioner.

If you feel for any reason unable to do this please contact one of the other practitioners in the practice via email or phone to discuss your complaint. This will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and only on your agreement will it be discussed with the practitioner concerned.

If you feel that the issue has not been resolved fully, or that the matter is one of serious misconduct or negligence, then we would encourage you to contact The General Osteopathic Council which regulates osteopathy in the UK on the number given below.
