At Home Resources

Keeping moving and being mindful of how we use our bodies, when we’re at home more often, is an important part of staying healthy. We’re happy to provide ‘at home’ resources to support our patient and client community who maybe at home more often. We have a series of mat Pilates, Yoga and instructor led breathing exercises to share with you. We have a page dedicated to advice and exercises to help you cope with being inside more, perhaps working from home and any potential feelings of anxiety. We also have specific physical and postural advice and a full set exercises for our pregnant patients/clients and new mums.

Take a look at what’s on offer to help you stay calm and balanced.
Stay well.
